Apache port 80 et 443 problème (2 réponses)

Bonjour à tous,
Je suis nouvelle dans le monde informatique et j’ai installé pour la première fois apache. J’ai déjà essayé de trouver la réponse sur les forums mais sans succès
En effet, j’ai installé apache et tout fonctionnait bien, mais dès que j’ai redémarré l’ordinateur sans rien change le service apache ne redémarre plus et me sort une erreur :
