inaccessibilité au localhost (Pas de réponses)

Bonjour,

Etant néophyte, j'ai noté par ordre les éléments demandés pour répondre à ma question donc :

Je suis sous Windows 10,
Version WampServer 3.1.4 - 64 bits
Version Apache 2.4.35
Version PHP 7.2.10
Version MySQL 5.7.23
Version MariaDB 10.3.9
L'icone WampServer est verte
System 32/Drivers/etc :

127.0.0.1 localhost
::1 localhost
Je n'ai pas accès à localhost car :

Apache/2.4.35 (Win64) PHP/7.2.10 Server at localhost Port 80

Je précise que j'ai désinstallé Skype et que je n'ai pas de IIS non plus.

Le dossier est sous c:\wamp


Je n'ai pas d'antivirus et le parefeu est Windows defender


J'ai fait le test port 80 qui ne dit :
