error httpd.exe 0xc0000142 (1 réponse)

Bonjour,
J'ai une erreur quand je lance wamp serveur un message httpd.exe erreur 0xc0000142. apparait mais le serveur fonctionne sauf quand j'ecxécute certaines commande php.
commande php qui échoue :
[GuzzleHttp\Ring\Exception\RingException] cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

j'utilise un pc windows 10 64bit, wampserver 64 bits 3.0.6, php : 7.0.10 et 5.6.25, mysql : 5.7.14, apache : 2.4.23. l'icone est verte.

et j'ai accès au php et page d'accueil.
